Cancellation & Replacement Policy

At Matchat World Trading, we aim to ensure that all orders are delivered in the best possible condition. Customers may request cancellation, return or exchange under specific controlled conditions to maintain process integrity and protect customer rights.

Order cancellation is only permitted upon review and approval by Matchat World Trading. Cancellation may only be requested before the order has been shipped, and must be submitted through customer service via email or WhatsApp. If an order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and the customer may only proceed with an exchange or return request, according to the eligibility terms stated in this policy. Matchat World Trading also reserves the right to cancel any order if incorrect information is provided, if fraud is suspected, or if any action violates our store policies.

A return or exchange request must be submitted within one (1) day from the date the order is received. The product must remain in original condition, unused, sealed in its original packaging, and must include all accessories and documentation. The original purchase invoice must be provided when submitting any request. Refunds or exchanges cannot be completed for food or edible matcha items, used or damaged products, modified products, items with removed seals or labels, or promotional items offered as part of special offers, unless the store determines otherwise.

In cases where an item is damaged, incorrect or incomplete, the customer must report the issue immediately and provide clear visual documentation, including photos of the product upon receipt, photos of the internal box contents without opening any product, and a photo of the delivery invoice or shipping waybill.

All cancellation, return or exchange requests must be submitted via email or WhatsApp. Our team will evaluate the request according to the conditions stated above. If the request is approved, the customer will receive the necessary instructions to complete the process. Upon receiving the returned product, the item will be inspected to verify compliance with return conditions. Once approved, a replacement may be issued, or the refundable value will be returned to the customer using the same original payment method.

Processing time for return or exchange requests may require up to seven (7) to thirty (30) business days depending on banking procedures. Return shipping fees may be deducted from the refundable amount unless the issue was caused by an error from Matchat World Trading. The store reserves the right to reject any request if the stated conditions are not fully met.
