Refund Policy

At Matchat World Trading, we are committed to refunding eligible customers in the event that a refund request is approved, in accordance with the procedures and conditions outlined below.

Refund Conditions

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method that was used at the time of purchase. Processing time may take between 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.

Customers are entitled to request a refund only in cases approved by the store, such as receiving a damaged product or receiving the wrong item.

In cases where there is an error in the order, the refund request must be submitted within one (1) day only from the date the product is received.

Refunds will not be issued for opened, used, or damaged products that do not meet the return conditions.

Refund Procedure

The refund request must be submitted via email or WhatsApp, including the purchase invoice and photos clearly demonstrating the reason for the request.

The case will be evaluated by our team to confirm that it meets the refund conditions.

Shipping fees may be deducted from the refunded amount unless the reason for the refund is due to an error from the store.
