Welcome to Matchat World Trading. Matchat World Trading is powered by Shopify and operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the “Services”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Services.

We attempt to display product information accurately, however colors and appearance may vary based on device settings. We do not warrant that any product or service will meet your expectations. Descriptions, pricing and product availability may change at any time without notice. We may limit quantities or discontinue products at our discretion.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion. Orders are not accepted until payment is processed and acceptance is confirmed. Purchases are for personal/household use only and not for resale/export. Any changes, cancellations or order refusals will be communicated using the contact details provided at checkout.
Returns are governed solely by our Return & Exchange Policy.

All prices are displayed and charged in Bahraini Dinar (BHD) unless otherwise stated. Prices, discounts and promotions may change without notice. Posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, customs or import charges unless expressly stated. You must provide accurate account and payment details and authorize us to charge all amounts due, including shipping and applicable taxes.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs or events outside our control. Title and risk of loss transfer to you when the order is handed over to the carrier.

All trademarks, brands, text, images, graphics, designs, audio/video, data, selections and arrangements are owned by Matchat World Trading, its affiliates or licensors. Personal use only. No reproduction, copying, modifying or distributing content is permitted without prior written consent.

We may offer access to third-party tools on an “as is” basis without warranties or endorsement. Use of such tools is entirely at your own risk.

We are not responsible for third-party websites or materials. Accessing them is at your own risk. Review third-party policies before engaging with them.
SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Matchat World Trading is powered by Shopify. Shopify is not a party to any sale or transaction between you and Matchat World Trading. You expressly release Shopify from any claims arising from transactions with Matchat World Trading.

Personal information is subject to our Privacy Policy and certain data may also be subject to Shopify’s Privacy Policy. Shopify processes data in order to operate and improve the Services. Data may be transferred or processed internationally as required to provide Services.

By submitting reviews, ideas or suggestions (“Feedback”), you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, sublicensable worldwide license to use such content for any purpose. You represent that you own or control the rights to such Feedback.

We reserve the right to correct errors or inaccuracies, update information or cancel orders if any information related to pricing, availability or content is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.

Prohibited uses include violating laws, infringing IP, transmitting malware, scraping, spamming, falsifying identity or any conduct that may damage Matchat World Trading, Shopify, or users. We may terminate access at any time without notice. Sections relating to Intellectual Property, Feedback, Termination, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Severability, Waiver; Entire Agreement, Assignment, Governing Law and Privacy Policy survive termination.

The Services and all products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Use at your own risk.

These Terms and any related agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and courts of the jurisdiction where Matchat World Trading is headquartered.
