Shipping Destinations

  • Local: All regions within the Kingdom of Bahrain.

  • International: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait and Qatar.

Shipping Carriers

We partner with reliable shipping companies to ensure orders arrive on time and in proper condition, such as SMSA – Aramex.

Please keep the signed delivery receipt or customer confirmation document as proof of successful delivery.

Shipping Fees

  • Local: Flat rate
    BHD 1.5 for nearby areas
    BHD 3.000 for distant areas such as Jaw – Askar – Al Areen – Durrat Al Bahrain

  • International: International shipping charges are not fixed and are calculated based on destination and shipment weight.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Within Bahrain: 2 to 7 business days (excluding Fridays and public holidays)

  • International (Saudi Arabia & UAE): Delivery time varies depending on the shipping carrier and customs clearance in the destination country

Important Notes

  • Any customs duties or taxes (if applicable) in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

  • If your country is not listed in our shipping options, please contact us directly to arrange a suitable shipping method.

  • A tracking number will be sent to your registered email once the order is shipped.

Payment Confirmation – Services

  • After successful payment, the customer will receive a Payment Confirmation via the email used in the order.

  • Payment confirmations are issued within a maximum of 24 hours from the time of purchase.

  • Please keep the payment confirmation email for future reference.
